You will receive all this pack in 1 ZIP file including:

{ MATERIALS }

Full instructions to assemble the Chinese lanterns are included in Steps to Follow.  Additionally (materials are not provided), to make these DIY paper lanterns you will need:

1. 3 A4 sheets of paper
2. Ruler
3. Hobby knife
4. Cutting mat
5. Hole punch
6. Ribbon
7. Tassel

{ STEPS TO FOLLOW }

1. First, print and cut out the Chinese Lantern printables following the how to do video
2. Using the blunt edge of the knife and the ruler, mark a horizontal line through the middle of the lantern designs
3. Make vertical cuts between designs
4. Fold the tabs as indicated on the printable. Put the tab in the slot and unfold it to secure it
5. Although you can use these lanterns as they are, we suggest you hang them up. For that, make two holes with the paper punch on opposite sides
6. Cut two pieces of 15” string, thread one of them through the holes of the lantern, and tie the other to the tassel. (For the tassel, watch our tutorial and you can make it in less than 5 minutes)
7. Finally, we tie the tassel string to the paper lantern and we are ready to hang it up to decorate your Origami Party
